Picked up the Monster Rod today.....the foam grip makes this rod the best cat rod out there...in my opinion anyway. Hope to test it soon with some big Ole blues.

I bought the Extreme blue Tangling with catfish rod and Also the Monster rod Holders Series rod they are the best rods I have ever owned. I have caught some the biggest fish I have caught on in my life on these rods. Thank you Tangling with Catfish for these amazing rods I would recommend any of your rods to anyone!
Shipped with rod covers in a pvc tube, hardest part was getting the rods unpacked. Quality rod with stainless eyelets and rod seat. Tip is a little stiff to me, but most people like them better like that. Very nice looking rod, plenty of muscle for big fish. Some people won’t like the cork handles, hopefully they will last over time. Only thing I would improve is the locking nut for the reel, it’s pretty easy to inadvertently loosen it when in use. I would give it an 8 on a 10 scale.
I fish a lot of tornaments and got my new rods in rigged them up and first cast 39 pound blue rod worked grate
