Hands down the best catfish rods out there. Retiring all the rest and using nothing but Whiskerwhip and Extreme rods. Don’t waste your money buying any other rods.
Overall good rods, own 3 extremes and 3 whisker whips. I originally bought 4 extremes but one of them broke within two weeks of purchase. I suspect there was some blemish in the blank that caused a weak spot. The rod snapped about a foot down from the tip under normal use. Rod was in rod holder, reel was engaged as I use circle hooks. A fish hit the bait, bending the rod down and when I pulled the rod out of the holder that’s when it snapped. Need to advertise and to promote catfishing more in my opinion. I follow several catfish pages on social media and hardly ever see anything from this company.
The rod is well made and feels good in the hand. It's also senstive enough to feel strikes of smaller fish.
Rods appear well built with extreme care in packaging.
The quality of the products I have ordered from TWC is second to none. I have an Extreme series and a Wisker Whip. Everyone tells me they want one of my rods. I just tell them about the TWC website where they can find the same rods. My latest purchase was the spinning series ,soon might invest in Extender series. Thank you TWC and Cline. family.
I bought a pole for me, my best friend, a buddy of ours, and a guy who was down his luck an couldn't afford one named Josiah.... who all loved the pole!! We tried the poles out and as expected awesome!!! Josiah whos from Tennessee has already tried his and he loves the pole too! Definitely will be doing more business with ya all!
