I sent an email about a concern I was having with a new rod and I never got a reply.
I bought a red and white tangling with catfish rod and a orange and black whisker seeker around the same time and put abu 7000s on both of them. I now prefer to use the red and white rod rather than the orange and black one.
Love TWC rods, especially whisker whips, have 6 and 4 MRs.ordered 2 additional whiskers Tuesday 4/2 @ 9:40 pm arrived 10:25 4/5. Covered 700 miles. Not many places have that kind of service. Thanks TWC. Kent

Spent several months researching rods to fit my catfish needs. I finally settled on TWC Wisker Seeker. Got it ordered and entered my CC info. No correspondence back. Emailed the company and received a one word reply. Waited several days, still no correspondence back on whether or not it had shipped. Emailed the company again. And received a one word reply.
