Service and shipping was excellent. The poles are still to be determined. I kinda worried I threw one out the other day and it almost sounded like it cracked. I ordered the wrong pokes to start with but I didn't realize it til after I got them. They are really not what I want.
Fishing rod was delivered in perfect condition due to the PVC shipping process. Great craftsmanship all the way around. I absolutely love this rod and will be buying more soon.
