I placed an order for new rods and within a few days they arrived at my home. They were well packaged in a sturdy tube. I did have an issue with one of the rods, which is going to happen sometime s, so I emailed a picture to the company and they were very quick to respond to the issue. They promptly sent another rod to replace it with. These rods are durable and well built. I definitely recommend this company!
From just the packaging alone, you won’t receive another rod that is better taken care of during shipping. Rod is phenomenal, would recommend over and over again.

I fish a deep narrow creek with a lot of log jams and fallen trees. The rod keeps me in control of the catfish allowing me to land the fish much quicker
