As a real estate broker, I've referred Tanya to our brokerage clients and worked with her to close transactions. too bad the rating stops at 5 stars since she deserves a lot more stars than that. My agent insisted to use a different lender but I chose to stay with Tanya. Tanya is so quick and responsive, we close way earlier than expected and in the end my Realtor is so impressed with Tanya's work that he vows to start recommending Tanya to all his future clients. This all despite of my challenging credit situation.
