Tanya was incredibly helpful throughout the entire loan process. In fact, when my offer was accepted I was working with a different loan servicer who then changed the terms of the loan package we'd arranged. I shopped around and went with Tanya. I would definately recomend Tanya, as well as personally use her again. She was polite, promt, courteous, and truthfull throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable and she also returned every phone call. No doubt-i cant say anything bad about Tana or Guaranteed Rate.

Tanya Click was excellent. Professional, pro-active, kept me informed every step of the way. I have and will continue to recommend her! I felt very comfortable with each step because Tanya explained everything clearly and why it was necessary/important. In the 8 yrs we've worked Tanya, she has helped my husband and I several times with securing our current home loan fast and easy (or as easy as this process possibly could be)--in a matter of weeks.
