We have known Tarik since he worked for a different mortgage lender. When he moved to his current company, we decided to continue to do business with him. As before, Tarik promptly answered our questions and provided good availability to take our calls. He always explained things in a cheerful and professional manner. Tarik's service was invaluable to us dealing with our loan as first-time homebuyers. Tarik and his team worked through a number of challenges, on a tight schedule, and saw my loan through to completion. He got me a lower interest rate than I expected and was able to work with the lender and seller to get me excellent closing credits!

Having purchased and been through the refinance game more than 10 times in 15 years, I wanted to take an opportunity to write a review for Tarik. Most LO's are trying to push their programs / products. Tarik took a different approach, understanding our financial position, long term goal w/ the house and helped me make the best decision... Which turned out to go "with the other guy". Even after the decision he made sure it was the best deal for my family and the other lender didn't 'bait and switch' or hidden fees.
