Can't go less than 1, cannot even log in
Sign in button no longer works. Just stays gray after I enter my info.
Display so large I can't access the bottom part & won't scroll. Have med & dependant but can't get to reimburse dependant. Website is worse so hoping app would be easier, nope it's worthless for dependant care reimbursement
This app is pure garbage. The security features never work correctly regardless of device. TASC website is just as bad.
Will not let me log in, app immediately closes after it accepts my user name and password. Still can't log in, now it wants a security code. I enter one and push save and nothing happens. Worst app I've ever had to use.
No way to send an email to support center after hours. They are only open 8-5 M-F which is difficult for many to contact so I feel emails after hours should be an option.
I don't know what happened but this current version is atrocious! Can't log in, crashes, won't save seleceted 4 digit pin, et al!! I use to use the app all the time pre-mid pandemic then all of a sudden it's THIS! A flop failure of an app! Fix it!!!!
The worst user experience ever. Cant attach receipts when submitting expenses. Can't see or understand reasons for denial. Have to constantly transfer money out instead of using direct deposit. I hate it.
Just didn't work. I can log in online, but from the app I'm asked to confirm a texted code, easy enough. Then you need to create a four digit code. I make a code, but clicking "save" does nothing.
