Not user friendly and after 20 min still couldn't find a detailed list of otc meds covered
It's forcing me to create a 4 digit pin, but says "something went wrong" every time I attempt to. So, I'm left completely unable to use the app - which is great. 🙄

I can not install it on my phone
Can't login. I enter credentials and it takes me to a screen to create a 4 digit code. The save button doesn't work. Stuck on that screen.
Can't even use it. The app has a screen when you initially sign in, which asks you to create 4 digit code, and then the save button doesn't submit the code, making logging in impossible. Samsung S22 Ultra. Update: Instead of fixing the app, Tasc wants you to call in, yeah gotta say if I could put zero stars in, I would.
Buggy and harder to use than the competition. I wish my.company hadn't changed to TASC. I doubt I'll use this FSA beyond 2024 as long as it's administrated by this company of clowns.
Worst company ever! It's like pulling teeth to have them reimburse you your own money. You send 4000 documents of proof and they always deny you for lack of documentation. Literally sent them every single document my insurer sent me, plus screen shots of my bank account, and got denied 5 times for lack of documentation. Took me 6 phonecalls totalling over 4.5 hrs and 5 emails from my HR department head at my company before anything was done. This company and the entire business plan is a joke!
