I received excellent service from ****. She really made me feel like I was top priority. She answer my question in a timely manner. The thing that I really appreciated is when I asked how much I owed for Taxes instead of giving me the run around such you need to contact your rep, she placed me on hold to get an answer. Please give her a raise we need excellent customer service representative that are like ********* !!!!!
****** was very helpful in answering all my questions. He let me know what was still needed from me and how to get it to them. He also reminded me of my upcoming appointment and put my mind at ease about what I received from the **** Hopefully everything else goes as smoothly as my conversation with ****** went.

Case manager by the name of *****... I was very skeptical and frustrated at first with this company but her work alone, her communication, her willingness to go above and beyond and help turned my entire perspective about this company around. So far things are going okay. I'm still a bit confused as to how this works however Tax Rise has done what they said they would do so far. Yes it's a bit pricey however if the the program (s) does in fact work. I won't know until we reach that. So I can't speak on whether or not it holds true to what is advertised. They have definitely helped us so far. The three star rating is only because we haven't gotten past this first stage in the process.
