i spoke to ******* yesterday, he was very helpful with my questions took care of explaining to me what has happening with the irs as i received 2 letters for years 2019 and 2020. i asked to email copies of my taxes i had not even finish talking to him and was already sending copies of my taxes. he when into my account and right away he was able to see and send me what i needed. great job!!

**** is a great customer service representative. She was kind, professional, thoughtful, and responded promptly to my requests and questions. I have NOT had a great experience with TaxRise, they have been pretty bad so far, but **** really made a difference. **** was awesome very professional. Love her customer service skills need more people like her to explain and calm your clients down on how frustrating that case managers are being switched around so many times always asking for the same documents thats been sent in a number of times and feels like nothing is getting Done!
