To whom it may concern, I have been dealing with Taxrise for some years now and they have been at bat for me with the IRS continuously. Ms. Nadia L********, has been real helpful and patient with me and all my back tax issues. I recommend her time and services to anyone.
There are not enough words to personally thank everyone at Tax Rise. They kept me inform of everything, something not all companies do. Their Customer Services was AWESOME from beginning to end. I was always very well informed by my case manager with calls an emails. Honestly I don't think the process was long. My case was settled and now thanks to them I am worried free. Thank you Tax Rise; Especially Lillian Vargas- case manager. I will definitely recommend them.

Areana C****** is very polite and professional with each encounter. She always has an answer for my questions. If she doesn't have an immediate answer....she gets it quickly. She made each step clear for me which is helpful due to my busy work schedule. I appreciate her great customer service and would recommend her to anyone. Overall, this tax stuff, as stressful as it can be was made easy by Ms. Calcote. She's definitely an asset to your organization.
