I am happy so far. My sales person was very clear about all the costs and they worked with me to pay the fees over time. I have been notified that the IRS will have a settlement amount in a month or two, and if the reduction is as low as promised, I will be 100% pleased. It is a slow process, but knowing collection activity is halted and it will eventually be resolved is a huge relief.
