Taylor was my LO for original purchase, & the first person I called to refinance. I did due diligence as a consumer, contacting many lenders to compare options. While there were some options with cheaper closing costs, I decided to go with Taylor because he is knowledgeable, excellent communicator, always available for assistance, personable, & I trust Taylor handling our most expensive & important purchase/asset. Working with a couple different lenders and one I have worked with since I got licensed never give updates. I LOVED how prompt you were with responses. You have weekly updates on the progress to myself and my client. You always were there to answer questions. After working with someone for so long that didn’t provide this I can’t wait to send more clients your way. I look forward to working with you a lot more in the future.

The home buying process was long for me, I had some things to work out before being approved to get my first VA Home Loan. While during the waiting process and getting my ducks in a row, all of which was things Taylor recommended I do, he still answered every question I had, while not actively getting a loan. THEN When the approval came everything went so smooth and fast, and still with my hesitations and random questions they were all answered timely and accurately and my anxiety was put at eas
