We went through the mortgage process with another lender and after 9 months of needing “additional info” and waiting on responses they told us they would not be able to make our loan possible unless we spent another 10,000 in repairs to a barn located on our property, which we are wanting to tear down. We were referred to Taylor at VanDyke and he was able to accomplish our lending goals in just a little over two weeks. Taylor and his team were professional, competent, efficient and friendly.
