Since the beginning of purchasing my home the lender was very helpful. Any questions or concerns were answered right away. I would definitely recommend him and his team for purchasing a house.

I was introduced to Taylor and his team by my real estate agents and i could not be any happier. Taylor went above and beyond to get me the best deal on my mortgage. He walked me through the process as a first home buyer and always had the time to get on the phone and talk me through any questions i had. I would recommend taylor and his team to anybody and everybody and i'll certainly be using him in the future.

I shopped around for rates just as I’m sure most people do but when it came down to making a decision it was the personal interactions that made the difference. Taylor and Dilza were able to take the time to walk me through this unfamiliar experience the whole time. As a first time home buyer I needed that. Come to find out purchasing a home is quite competitive these days and Taylor was able to maneuver and respond much faster than a bank. Taylor was very informative. My wife and I were first time buyers going into this completely ignorant to the process. Taylor and his team gave us all the information we needed and was quick to answer any questions we had. Taylor made himself available to run numbers for us multiple times till we found what we wanted. His team also made it possible for us to have a Winning chance at getting the house we wanted. The lender worked out well. They required a lot of documents which was time consuming, but I know they were just doing their due diligence. Overall, I was satisfied.

Taylor and his team were great, he was always available to answer a question and more over answered questions beyond their scope of responsibility. The team was extremely friendly and made feel confident and comfortable through every step of the loan and purchase of our home.

My lender was very helpful every step of the process. The process was nerve racking and stressful as I expected . However, once all the important items were gathered the stress levels deteriorated thanks to loan agents’s patience and professionalism.
