Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He answered all my questions, would return my calls. He would do everything he said he would do. There were no surprises. He was very transparent in the costs and reviewing my options. He provided various alternatives so that I could pick the one to best suit my needs. If you want quick, professional and quality service, there is no one better. I got everything I needed and asked for.
We ended up having to change lenders pretty late into escrow due to a bad appraisal. We chose Finance of America and they were able to get up loan approval extremely fast. We didn’t end up having to delay closing because of Taylor and his teams effciency. They are great and I would highly recommend them!
