This lender team made the entire experience very pleasant. They were always on time, willing to go out of their way to explain things to us (as first time homebuyers), and gave us the best possible service we could have asked for. Had a few hiccups in the middle of the process. Some miscommunications about type of documents needed. But, due to the professionalism of the agent I worked with, the loan was approved, funded, and I have my own home!
