Absolutely amazing to work with. Taylor and his team we’re very thorough and very informative. Especially during this pandemic where most of the paperwork was all DocuSign. Any questions I had even over the weekend Taylor’s team was on it. There was not one step of the way that I was not informed of. It was nice knowing that professionals like Taylor and his team we’re on it.

Taylor and his team helped us close in 21 days! This was intrumental in making our offer more competive than other bids. With this market, you need every competive advantage you can get. Secondly, they were able to waive the appraisal. These guys get what it takes to get an offer accepted. Additionally, the process was super easy. I spent very little time getting them the needed information. The technology they use was super smooth.

This was my third time working with Watermark, and I can’t give them a higher recommendation. At the risk of gushing, I can’t imagine a mortgage provider doing any better. From the fist phone call to the last signature Taylor and his team, we’re in top of everything from “jump street”.
