We recently went through our first mortgage refi with Saul and team. They were a breeze to work with. Saul is transparent and honest about the market. Very quick to respond to our questions and communicative throughout the process. Even though it was over the holidays, we closed our new loan within about 2 weeks of initially applying. PNC was able to get the best rates and it was easy to find out their mortgage rates for my exact scenario. Unfortunately they’re not on bankrate/nerdwallet etc but maybe they pass on some saving to consumer.
