Our refiance had a tangible feeling of stability and security the whole way through. Never once did I feel unsure or unaware of what was happening and why it was happening. Purchasing a home in a country you just relocated to can be quite an ordeal. Saul and his team made the process buttery smooth and very reassuring. Communications were pleasant, efficient and precise. We got weekly updates from their team all along the process, and always knew what was going on, who was in charge on the remaining actions to take and what the estimated timeline was.10/10, would work with them again with no hesitation.

Saul and Stephanie are great. Very effective, no single mistake, extremely helpful and responsive. All the documents I needed were provided almost immediately. Saul also helped me a lot with the funding transition process, which was not simple in my case. Just bought a house thanks to them. :)

Saul and his assistant Stephanie did an excellent job on our home lone. He gave the best possible rate and with minimum closing costs. He went through all details with me and explaining in detail, very educative process. I was proactively informed what is going to happen next and when. I got weekly status calls and e-mails. Saul was absolutely fantastic. I have already recommended him and Stephanie to a couple of friends. We were truly impressed with his service. He gave us several mortgage options and helped us decide which was the best for us. Best of all, it felt like he was in our corner the entire time. We used Saul and his colleague Stephanie to help us get our mortgage and they were fantastic all the way! It was constant positive reinforcement and great advise throughout the process and we couldn't have been happier. I get a mortgage for my home through first tech and Saul and Stephanie helped me to get things done. Not only they gave me great rate with very low downpay, but they are also super efficient and reliable.
