Saul was very professional from day one when I approached him for a pre-approval. He was very patient in answering every one of my question as I was a first time buyer, and certainly took time to go over every bit of detail. He certainly knows a lot about other things involved in buying a home (insurance, agents, locations), and his suggestions were very helpful. He is quick to respond, and will deliver on time not matter what the situation is. I would recommend at least approaching Saul for loan needs.

Saul and his team were awesome! He was so prompt to respond and addressed all my concerns patiently. The whole team worked tirelessly in getting my mortgage files submitted for processing ahead of schedule. They worked really well as a team and I feel so lucky to have Saul to help me out. Saul and his team were simply better than perfect! The entire loan process was straight forward and they didn't have as much paperwork as some other lenders required. Saul is very responsive with emails and explains everything clearly and patiently. Saul and his team were so easy to work with. They made sure we were kept in the loop and updated through the whole process of our refinance. They made getting information to them easy, and efficient. They turned everything around quickly. I used Saul when I purchased my home originally and I loved him then, so glad I chose to use him again for my refinance!
