I worked with Saul from per-approval to final closing. Saul and his team were very transparent on every step of the process and communicated promptly. All over email or web, no need to go to bank unless I wanted to talk in person. We managed to close on my house slightly ahead of time and with slightly lower closing fees than originally estimated. Very hassle free operation - 20 days close, 30 days from first contact.
