Service was absolutely fantastic, but your rates are consistently higher than what I could find at a lender I recommend normally. i have used Gershman 3 times in the past 12 months at the request of the buyers and the rates are 1/2 to 1 % higher than what I could get elsewhere. and that is comparing apples to apples. Each time the service has been great so I don't push the buyers to use someone else , i just let them know what is available. Each time they gave stayed with Gershman.
