I recently sold a rental property in SLO. Hal Sweasey at Re/Max del Oro was my real estate agent for the sale. The buyer used a 1031 exchange to purchase the property and I used a 1031 exchange to use the proceeds to buy a different property in another city. So it could have been a difficult process. Hal and his office made it go smoothly and fairly effortless. Dakota Bailey in Hal's office was very helpful and friendly as well.
