I was referred to Hal Sweasey when I needed to sell my late brother's home. I had worked with a ReMax agent when I sold my home in 2016 and had an excellent experience. Hal Sweasey with his team was even better, in part because the entire sale was conducted long distance - I was 1000 miles away throughout all the negotiations.

Working with Team Sweasey was amazing. Since we were about 5 hours from the area in which we wanted to buy, they listened very carefully to our wants and needs and helped us compile a list of properties to look at. My daughter and I met Graeme Baldwin at the office. He called me and stood outside the office and stayed on the phone until we saw him, and then he directed us into a parking space, invited us into the office, made sure we had water, and off we went for several hours to several cities to view many houses from the ... read more

He is kind and considerate, professional and organized, assertive and ambitious about going after goals while also very gentle and receptive when it comes to listening to your needs and concerns. He is an invaluable local resource who seems to know all the ins and outs of our local real estate market, and yet...he's always working to learn more!

Team Sweasey was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and through in all aspects of the house hunt and purchase process. I was always kept up to date on the process by my realtor or the loan officer I was working with.

Hal Sweasey is an outstanding realtor--hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. Hal has an outstanding reputation. He is impeccably honest and is perhaps the most socially adept person I know. Not to mention that Hal is among the top-ten best tennis players in the area; this is no trivial accomplishment. Yet Hal's greatest strengths include his empathy, compassion, and his ability to bring his expertise into play when dealing with realty challenges.
