Hal and his team provided over the top service and did fantastic job in helping me to purchase my new home and sell my old home at the same time. I have to say, the experience we had with Team Sweasey blew away our expectations on every level! From the initial meeting and walk through with Hal at our getaway townhome, until the day we closed escrow, this group handled everything exactly the way they told us they would. Team Sweasy did excellent work. They answered all of my questions, got all needed inspections done in a few days after escrow started, and coordinated termite repairs, roof work, and a cleaning all in the week after closing. My agent Jordan Knauer consistently went the extra mile for me and did a great job negotiating on my behalf. Jordan was on top of every part of the process and made sure things ran smoothly.
