Good Afternoon I am just letting you know that you have lost a customer, actually 3. Back on May 5, 2015 I had prep work done for a crown. Pain started just after, same day, I waited a few weeks. Pain continued. I made an appointment to have things checked out. I was not expecting to pay for the visit, but had to pay for an x-ray. Pain continued for several months and I went to see an oral surgeon and a ENT for a second opinion. No findings of why there is so much pain. Won't go back! Called my wife a bad parent with bad parenting skills; in front of our children! Very unprofessional, my family will never go back! Needs to learn how to be direct, not insulting!

I thought everyone there was very friendly, Until departing from the chair after having a tooth pulled, which was not easy sailing since he had to cut through bone, I pass the dentist with a few workers. They waved goodbye, then one of the girls quickly run into another room trying to hold back her laughter, which I did hear. Maybe she was not laughing at me, but it sure appeared that way. After reading the other reviews, my experience must have been a mistake. Service was fast and the staff was friendly, but I have never had such rough treatment without novacaine being administered.

Dr Haider is a much better denist than Dr Cruise. I have been a patient for 5 years and the previous work was piece mill together. Work done never last very long...

These people only seem to care about billing you as much as possible and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. They mess up on how much money you're supposed to pay them and expect you to take more money out of your pocket to fix their problems. I thought you were supposed to care about your patients not try to get all the money you possibly can out of them.

I called to make arrangements for my son and they knew I was paying out of pocket. I had servies schedule and knew how much they would cost. However, when I got there they tried bulling adding extra services that they said were important and really needed to be done for my son's health. and then blew me off when we did not have the exta money to pay for them. THey refused to let me pay the amount that I had orginally been told and set up a payment plan for the balance. The told me to come back when I had the money to pay for... read more
