The new dentist (Dr. Haider), although informative, was somewhat condescending in nature. He needs customer service classes. The hygienists are ALWAYS pleasant and friendly.
I was called back for my appt more than 30 min late - again. If they would make a schedule they could keep I would not have to miss so much work to make my appt. The estimate I was given for the work to be compled was off by $75 and I was not prepared to pay the increased amount. The person handling the fee made me feel like I was a criminal when I asked if I could bring the rest in when I had my final crown placed.
