From the initial phone call to each follow up and uploading the necessary documentation, the process was easy, communication great, and the rate the best we could find. Loan closed quickly and the costs a bit lower than expected. Couldn't recommend enough.

Ted is excellent to work with. He is always very quick in answer email and phone calls and provides precise and in-depth explanations throughout the whole purchasing process. We are fairly new in this country and everything is more complicated when you are not used to the system. I certainly recommend him as he’s very patient and, despite the many questions we had, he was always there for us. His team is also excellent and responsive. If you are currently looking for a lender, give him a call. He’s the best!

Ted Malkhasian and his team are incredible. We had the pleasure to work with Ted twice, first to refinance a house and later to purchase a house.
