If you need a lender who is truly professional, than look no further. Ted Malkhasian and his team at Guaranteed Rate guided me every step of the way through the loan process. Their rates were very good but there service is even better. Very informative and always willing to answer any questions. From start to finish they made this process a lot less stressful and everything went very smoothly. Ted and his team are very well managed and truly professional. If you are looking for a professional, personable experience when dealing with a mortgage or refinance deal you simply do not need to look any further than Ted. My only regret throughout the entire process of working with him was that I didn't contact him sooner.
