Ted's in Balston is incredible. The food is always great and the service is outstanding!!!
Lots of standard American fare. Appreciated the coffee carafe and the sub of oat milk for creamer. Booth seats were worn with tape covering tears in the vinyl. Switched tables early in the service and noticed surfaces that needed better cleaning. Food was fine, and server was observant enough to avoid interrupting our conversations.
It's a cool space and the food is fun and creative. The jalapeno wontons and Tater Tot appetizers were LOVED! And Edwin was a great, attentive server.

Overall, we love Ted’s Bulletin. The service is always great, and our waitress this time was no exception. We specifically went because of the lobster bisque, which we’ve had before and found it to be the best we’ve ever had. Although it was on the menu, we were told the lobster bisque is no longer available because they are changing their menu. Our second choice meals were good, so we decided to stay for dessert. Hey Bob, we are sorry to hear about your experience with us not having the lobster bisque. I can insure you that the next day we had it back on the menu for a limited time. Our new menu changes on Sept 16th with some new fresh and delicious items.
Another good meal at Ted’s. Ahi bowl was delectable and the Caesar salad with chicken good too. It’s a great go-to with a pleasant ambiance. I’ll certainly l be back.
Good food and great service. We had a table in the outdoor seating area since it was a beautiful day.
We enjoyed an excellent meal. My date remarked that the lobster bisque was the best she’d ever had. The steak frites was also very good. A special thanks goes to our waitress who was very attentive and helpful, and when the bar staff was busy, she even made my cocktail so I did not have to wait. Very well done!!
Nancy our server was super:attentive, nice and friendly. My biscuits and gravy dish was delicious.
Good selection tasty food, very busy most of the time.
