I introduced my friend to Ted's and we both loved it!
Good experience just a few links in the beginning. The manager made it right. Then it was smooth sailing. Food was good service was ok they forgot something we ordered but we let it slide cause our goal is to have a good peaceful meal at all cost

Not a quality burger and server was pleasant and accommodating but totally unfamiliar with the menu and electronic ordering device

Great family meal. Something for everyone. If you have picky eaters, make sure to ask about ingredients not mentioned in the menu, such as sauce added to sandwiches.
Wonderful atmosphere and the food and service were exceptional.
The food was great, & the servers were all pleasant. The one thing I recommend for the entire staff is the enhancement of disability etiquette. I dined with a friend & colleague who uses a wheelchair. While disability etiquette includes accommodations like identifying tables that are wheelchair accessible, it also includes speaking directly to people with disabilities, rather than deferring to their non-disabled companions.
