Wine by the glass was overpriced. The booth was also too tight to the table and neither thing moved so made for a slightly awkward seating, but waiter was great and food was tasty!
Good variety of food options. It is nice to have breakfast all-day because there’s always one in the group that wants breakfast. Service was solid and efficient. Quality ingredients are the foundation of the dishes at this spot.

We've eaten at Ted's many times over the years. This meal was not as good as it has been in the past. We ordered the whipped ricotta which was nice but underwhelming—needed more seasoning. In contrast, the mushroom tortilla sandwich was very spicy and not a welcome level of spice. It should have been noted on the menu. Ted's Bulletin is local chain in Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland with a limited menu. Although we came for dinner I think they specialize in an all day breakfast. The food was decent but unspectacular American fare. I started with a glass of Malbec followed by the home made tomato soup.
