The service was fabulous as was the food.
Since our preferred table wasn’t available, we were in a different section with a new (to us) server. Franny helped out with us since he knows our normal orders quite well. They were busy so service was a little slower than norm, but that happens. I’m not going to discount for that. Good experience overall.
We had a reservation and arrived on time. As the hostess seated us, I asked if we could have a different table as the doors behind us were opening and the very cold air was going to be a problem. She answered that they were too busy and left. I understand but felt she didn’t want to be troubled. Food and service were excellent! Only rating a little low as the booth seating was extremely tight.
Great service as usual! Preferred table was ready for us. There was a party in the back room so it was louder than normal and our server had a LOT of areas to cover!
I had family in town and the last time they were in, I took them to Ted’s and they loved the food (& the pricing)! My Dad got the burger that has the egg on it. I had the Make Your Mark breakfast and my best friend got his normal burger and shared the Chocolate Cake for dessert. Ted’s Chicken Noodle Soup (took to-go) is REALLY good! Lots of big pieces of chicken compared to other places.

Disappointed in the food. My fried fish crumbled when I tried to cut it. My husbands fried chicken on his salad was overcooked and dry. I would like to give it another shot. Our server was really busy but on top of things. I have nothing negative to say about the staff.
Everything was wonderful.
