Good food and service at Ted's Bulletin, Ballston. The vibe isn't great, a bit like a semi-noisy cafeteria and booths are a little tight for four, but overall positive experience and I'll go back.

Service was excellent, food was good. My husband and I love having Friday dinners at Ted’s Bulletin., specially the Happy hour.
Only thing I did not like is we got seating in the back of the restaurant. No windows, dark, and very tight. I prefer to sit where everyone else sat in the restaurant where there are windows and sunlight. My only complaint.
Really enjoyed our meal. Needed a quick bite before heading to a concert. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was good. Cost was reasonable. We will return.
Great food and kind servers, though it seemed as though management could have done a better job of directing servers to the right tables.
Ted’s never disappoints. When I’m in the DC area, Ted’s is always one of my stops!!
My chicken and biscuits w sausage gravy was pretty good. My friends huevos rancheros was a bit bland. Teds was out of decaf, this supply crunch is too capricious. Nice lunch, good time, very good waitress.
