Came for lunch about a year ago, so some details may have changed but wanted to share my experience. We were seated and received our orders within 10-15 minutes. The interior is clean with tables suitable for a more intimate 2-person meal or for larger parties. Ordered the mustard sesame crusted tuna and cherry blossom cake. Was pretty disappointed in both. I just left Ted's after I felt I was I was treated as if I do not belong. I walk with crutches and the restaurant blocked the door for ease of access with an a frame sign outside and a sign inside. The revolving door was the only access. Well wheelchair bound customers can't use that and crutch users find it dangerous. The manager said they would have moved it for me. This place is a dump. Suggest not coming here. Kind of grossed out. Was a complete mess. Not clean. Backpacks and coats sitting on the back of the bar. Poorly maintained. Bathrooms needed attention. Not clean and poorly maintained. Just not professional. Needs to go on the show Bar Rescue.... clear management fail.

I haven't been here in a few years so I thought I would give it another try. My memory was that the whole experience was quite average. And guess what? Things have not really changed. The mood quickly started in the wrong direction with the hosting staff. You could tell they were not happy to be there. After we were seated, it took quite a while before a server came to greet us. Ordered takeout: sautéed spinach Greek salad with grilled chicken; kids pasta with red sauce 1. Spinach in a cardboard/recyclable container that soaked through and leaked everywhere. 2. Togo container soaked up moisture from pasta which meant it was dry. 3. Chicken very dry and zero flavor. 4. Missing vinaigrette dressing.5. Definitely would not order takeout again from them.

Stood at front entrance for 2 minutes. No one greeted us. Watched multiple employees walk past. Nothing...Went next door to matchbox pizza where we were greeted, seated, and had drinks on the way in 2 minutes.

Food quality has gone down. Service was very slow for a weekend evening even when all tables were not filled and servers were all just bunched together in one spot of the restaurant not being very attentive to their diners. Manager came by several times asking if our food was okay, as if they were worried about it too.

I love Ted's, but after visiting this location to pick up my online order I am so disappointed. The employees are extremely rude and don't bother to acknowledge you when you walk in, even when you speak to them. I say "thank you" after receiving my order, still no acknowledgment. Imagine my surprise when the rude employee starts yelling at me while another employee stands there allowing her to while smirking. Don't waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other restaurants with exceptional service and better food.

My husband and I recently visited here for lunch, and it was our first time dining there. The menu selections were impressive, making it tough to decide what to try first--a good problem to have! We started with the appetizers, which I'd rate a 3/5. They were decent, but with a few tweaks, they could be fantastic. That said, the sauce accompanying the jalapeño popper wontons was a standout.
