I went for a late breakfast with my 2 kids. It is a good place to take children. They enjoyed the food and they gave an activity mat (which is a plus in my book to keep the kids occupied). The food was good. I had the avocado toast and my poached eggs were over cooked but the meal was good overall. The kids enjoyed their meals as well.
Met an old friend and we had a lovely afternoon. We talked and talked and never felt like we were being rushed by staff. After we ate, we sat for quite a while over glasses of water, and again, never felt like we were being prodded to go. It was a great choice!
Great spot on 14th Street near the U street corridor for American-style breakfast, lunch and dinner w/ awesome shakes and adult beverages.

Went on a busy Saturday morning so the Resturant was hustling and bustling. The hostess was handling all of impatient guests with grace and did a great job at still smiling and listening to everyone’s needs. The server at the pastry counter was helpful and even warmed my pop tart up for me while I was waiting on my guest to arrive. Food was very good. Came out on time. Service was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and professional. My waitress was gracious and attentive.
Always a great experience with breakfast, I bring my 2 babies with me and it’s perfect to go at 8 am
What a fantastic find for breakfast! Brilliantly classic venue with a very tasty menu and limitless coffee. Loved it! Great service and friendly staff - highly recommended for brekkie but make reservations!!! This place is VERY popular and quite rightly so!
