We went for breakfast and it was not too busy. Our waiter was very attentive and got us everything we needed. The portions were definitely equivalent to the price (we were thinking prices were steep initially), and the tarts are tremendous!
We were greeted promptly upon entering and taken to a table immediately. Soon we were greeted by a server and place our beverage orders. they arrived soon thereafter. We placed our orders which took 20 minutes or so to arrive. We were attempting to order another cappuccino and had a hard time flagging down our server. Our service was sub par to say the least. She was lacking a sense of urgency. Had to ask multiple times for our correct drink order. Her disposition towards us was a little harsh. Almost as if having our table was a bother to her. We came in with another couple looking for a nice breakfast before exploring the city. Food was awesome but the service out a bad taste in our mouth. It came highly recommended from a friend of ours.
Both times I've eaten there the service has been friendly and great. Love the ambiance and the pop tart's are awesome!
Food was good, and our server was really nice. We arrived at a shift change, so our server switched fairly soon after I arrived. Service was a little slow around that point, but improved. I left my credit card at the restaurant accidentally, and when I went back to get it, everyone was really helpful!
Great brunch spot with excellent service
Awesome food, great atmosphere, everything was fantastic. Would highly recommend the short rib pot roast, chicken parmigiana, and any of their desserts (including milkshakes).
I met at this restaurant with a colleague. The service was excellent and professional. The quality of the food was very good. I really enjoyed my meal. The drinks don't come cheap but they're strong. You only need one. I appreciate that we were not rushed to leave as my colleague and I had a lot to talk about. My only recommendation is that they get a better desert menu. It didn't have many options, which is ironic because the restaurant has an extensive bakery. Poptarts are not a desert for a restaurant of this caliber.
Excellent food and you could tell it was home made and not frozen, definitely will be back. Great variety, carrot cake was out of this world and pop tarts scrumptious
