My omelet was delicious. I took a bite and actually said, “that’s a really good mushroom.” That’s a not a sentence I say often. Overall, it was a great place to catch up with a friend.
Large entree servings. The meatloaf and brussel sprouts were delicious. Don’t miss the blueberry cream cheese pop tart...amazing!
Ambiance much like a diner to my surprise. No true standouts on the menu. Although it was a very rainy night, light crowd, took a bit longer than expected to get our food. Service was average.
Overall I enjoyed my time with my friends. I unfortunately didn’t really enjoy the food as much. The corn beef hash was NOT like any corn beef hash I have had. However the atmosphere was nice and the server was friendly.
A great meal and tasty desserts.
The four of us enjoyed our meals-rubs, fish & chips, salmon- which were delicious. One star down since they don’t offer bread except as a paid extra.
It took 20 minutes before anyone spoke to us at the restaurant and it was not busy at all. We did not see the waiter much after that either. The food was wonderful and very well priced, especially for DC! The hostess was delightful and the bakery/desserts looked so good! We definitely wanted to go back later just for a sweet treat!
11:45 reservation and we got seated at 12:10. I don't like that, but understand the place can be a madhouse at brunch time. The food is very tasty, however, not gourmet but well executed. The Ted tarts are always fun though I thought they were too sweet. It's loud and bustling, but that's what you get here and so enjoy your food. You will.
Awesome place! Great place for a hot sandwich, incredible drink, or a big and rich desert. The Super Deluxe grilled cheese and tomato soup was unique and delicious.
