The food is usually tasty with lots of flavor. Tonight I had the "pot roast". I thought the portion size was small but the flavor was excellent. Check the other pictures of pot roast and decide for yourself. Unfortunately I think overall this location is overpriced for what was served. My prior visit there were also issues with our lunch including; extremely overcooked wings and grilled cheese where the cheese was barely melted. Maybe your visit will be better than my last two.

Came here for Happy Hour drinks and snacks after some shopping. All cocktails are $8 from 3-5 pm. I had a Peach Pit cocktail; vodka, peach nectar, ginger beer and ???, forgetting the rest, but it was very good!! We had the Maryland Crab appetizer, which was heated crab with cheese and pita points. Good-, but would've preferred it more it chunks or looser-it was too puréed for my taste. Ted's Bulletin is located in the Reston town center so be prepared to deal with the parking situation. The good news is the app is easy to use and set up even if you don't already have it. Also, Ted's will validate your parking and provide a code to reduce the cost or like in my case make it free. The service was prompt, organized and attentive despite our large party, about 16 of us. Ted's Bulletin is a restaurant in the Reston Town Center area, and my buddy picked it out. They have free parking in the neighboring garage on Sundays, which is a reason we went. The food seemed like slightly above average diner food. It seems that the emphasis is on breakfasts. The salad I ordered was just average, and I could tell the added salmon had been previously frozen. Yummy! The food was sooo great. Biscuits and gravy were amazing and the chicken was moist. It was lightly drizzled with honey. Not too much just right to add a sweet and savory flavor to the dish. The hash browns were golden on the outside. The sausage gravy really made this dish so flavorful. I will say the customer service was blah.... The waiter was not very attentive. I'm not sure why this place is so popular. It's average at best. I've eaten here several times, mostly at the suggestion of friends. I've only had their breakfast meals but my dishes came out lukewarm. I felt like it lacked flavor. It's not horrible but it's nothing special. I literally forget to think about it when thinking of places to eat at RTC.

Went for early dinner to try the Miso Glazed Cod. What a disappointment, the fish lacked flavor and was on a heap of bland jasmine or sticky rice. The side salad, chicken sliders and empanadas were very good. Normally food at Ted's is very good my spot is the Ballston location. Will not be returning to the Reston location as it was a meh experience.
