Anytime you're in the DMV area a visit to Ted's Bulletin is a must! We came here for brunch and had a wonderful experience. The place was busy as expected and we were seated without having to wait too long. Our server was amazing and made great recommendations. We ordered the Hot Chocolate, Avocado Toast, Salmon Toast, Garden Omelet, and Espresso Milkshake. We loved everything we ordered. That espresso milkshake was delicious. So frothy and creamy. Food Service Ambiance was great! I would highly recommend. Will return. The server was knowledge of the menu. There was no wait on a Saturday morning at 9. We sat at the bar and loved it.
Good breakfast spot .... They're known for their homemade "poptarts".... Not bad. They also have a decent bar.
Went here for a late dinner and they did not disappoint! Our waiter (Nick) was also so cool and took time to talk with us! Also the best french toast I have ever had! 11/10
Oh. My. Gosh. This is a staple place to eat if you are in the Reston area. The food was quite literally the best thing I have put in my mouth and the service was even better. Our waiter was Nick and he was AMAZING!!! He was always checking up on us and making sure we had enough of everything and satisfied. We talked to him a little after we finished just to find out he had only been serving for 3 weeks! If you get a chance to go I highly recommend it and to request Nick!
Had brunch in the Reston location yesterday. It was crowded, so we sat at the bar in the front. Bartender picked up the dirty dishes - took drink order - then delivered drink without ever cleaning the bar. I asked for a paper towel and cleaned it myself. We then decided to move to the back bar as there was more room (we were in the corner in the front). Same thing --- dirty dishes picked up - drinks delivered --- bar never wiped. I'm a sucker for Teds! We have eaten at the ones in Washington DC, this is the first one we have eaten out outside the district. I really had a hankering for something warm since it was so cold outside, but they did not have any chili on hand. We ordered kids pancakes, Ted's breakfast sandwich, and seared tuna sandwich. The tuna sandwich was meh as the aioli sauce was sub par and tasteless at best , but everything else was on par. The french fries were fantastic, and super fresh! Just came in to grab some pop tarts. Even though we came around 9:30pm they had good stock of all the flavors. They were the perfect late night snack!
This place doesn't get the credit it deserves. Brunch is busy for obvious reasons, they have a nice selection, staff is amazing, location is prime, and they are able to seat you with big groups just call ahead. They are busy for brunch so make your plans early, they also don't take reservations so first come first served. The only thing I didn't like is that if you bring a cake they won't light the candles for you and I don't know why.... We didn't had a lighter on us either so it was kinda a bummer.
