I recently took my Dodge Charger in for an oil change and was greeted by William Calvo one of the Service Advisors. I explained to him that I had recently started hearing a rattling noise coming from my car but could not pin point what was causing it. Jeff is always great to keep me informed. This last time was for recall issues but they found a ptoblem with the brakes. Jeff remembered about the service contract which lowered the cost of one repair.
