I now have Bill as a service advisor and he is very personable and helpful. He was able to get my vehicle in for service quickly. While my issue is not completely resolved yet Bill is working through the process to get it complete. I've also had very good experiences with the shuttle drivers. I did not purchase my vehicle here but I will continue to use Tempe Dodge for my service needs due to my experience.
The service staff is always helpful, prompt and sensitive to my needs and expectations of service and recalls involving my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland.
Good place to do business. Took a lot of time going over my new Ram with all of the new features. Not like the old pickups of yesteryear.
