RecommendedI turned to this group when I was having issues with my brand new landlord. As it turned out, they could not help me, since he was being dickish, rather than actually breaking a law. My lawyer quickly told me this after reviewing all the materials and they promptly refunded my retainer minus the two meetings we had had. I would recommend this group to anyone with renting issues.

RecommendedBecause they educated you about the law. For example if you pay $600.00 for rent each month. You landlord can't raise your rent during a pandemic. I don't care if you are on a month to month lease. As a tenant you have rights.
