After waiting 2 weeks and spending many hours with the questionnaire and compiling and uploading all the information to the drop box we arrived only to be told the attorney assigned to our case was unavailable. Is a call or text too much to ask? Oh yes, we were offered a free hour with someone named Cesare who was not an attorney or we could reschedule. I highly recommend Tenant Law Group. Upon moving out of my rental, my management company tried to claim rent beyond the lease expiration date incorrectly claiming that California law requires a 30-day notice regardless of when the lease term ends.
