Dr Tenbrook changed an agreed upon treatment plan without consulting me or ever examining my son. His orthodontic equipment was to be installed today, and when my son showed some anxiety (this is an office that treats many children, they should be equipped to handle it) he insisted we return in 6 months, without every meeting us or looking at the patient. (the assistants relayed this information) If we push back 6 months, our insurance will lapse before treatment is concluded.
Dismissive and horrible customer service. Want to be spoken down to? This the practice for you. Honestly take your business elsewhere. This practice has a HUGE ego!
