They installed the gate wrong, I complained, they did nothing about it, now it's broke and they want $800 to fix the gate (just the gate). Left us hanging about an estimate for a couple weeks and then claimed it was too far to drive. Also, must have poor math/mileage skills because it is not 100 miles each direction between Huntsville and Florence. Very disappointed in communication.
