Poor Customer Service Attemped to get quote for a wooden fence installation and received some of the worst customer service possibly. After I was passed to an "owner", I explained I was returning to Afghanistan he accused me of "expecting them to jump through hoops". All I asked was when I could expect a phone call to set up a quote. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! In Jan... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! In January, the slow season, I contracted with them to install a straight chain-link fence. Maybe 40 feet long, one gate, for my dog. They never showed up, called, anything foe a month. I called to cancel & find someone else. Instead of apologizing, the guy said I would have to pay 75% of our contract for canceling ($800.00). I said no, they never showed up....
they did a horrible job on our fence! We are newlyweds and new homeowners. We didn t have a lot of money but adored our dogs and wanted a nice fence. We had to call them a week after the fence was installed because boards started falling off. When the employee came out to check the fence he assured us that a crew would be coming out that afternoon to fix around 15 boards that were cut too short...
Unprofessional They missed appointments twice. Would not send the estimate. I had to call them 2 twice to the estimate emailed to me. Needless to say they did not get the job.
