While the dr is nice and efficient, she doesn't delve whatsoever into the patient needs or wants. Only on the immediate problem even if there's several. I gave up on her being my primary care physician.
Dr. Hernandez is fantastic! She listens to you, she is not in a rush and she is not pushing pills!
I really enjoy Dr. Hernandez and her whole staff. When I meet with Dr. Hernandez she always listens and follows up. She has always taken her time with me and has communicated well. It is easy for me to call the office and ask a question and ask for refills. When I move I will make the drive to go see her.
She has been my Doc for over 16 years. She is great! The one star reviews that I read here are absolutely the opposite of what I consistently experienced. Everything she suggested/recommended over these years has resulted exactly as she said it would. Definitely 5 stars.
Dr Hernandez is so very patient, listens carefully and explains matters thoroughly while answering any questions I might have. I have been fortunate to have great health but when I need to be seen I am grateful to have someone I know will provide expert care & someone I trust! Thank you Dr Hernandez!

I have been her patient for years and enjoy seeing her in her new office with Florida Health Care. She orders multiple tests for a range of symptoms and is quick to refer to a specialist for problems outside her range of expertise. There has never been any problem with any of her staff. Concerned, kind, responsive, competent are all descriptive of her care.
I have been with Dr. Hernandez for 10 years and have always had nothing but a wonderful experience from the beginning to end of the exam. She is an amazing and caring doctor and has a great staff. I would recommend her to family and friends.
So this is the status of health care... last year got hit with several bills for $350 at same time for old billing i and checkup appointment was held hostage. This year they won't renew my scripts without appointment so i ask for cost, Dr office don't know says call fhcp billing to find out, flhcp says talk to fhcp estimator to find out, Estimator says call bcbs to find out bcbs says call Dr to find out. now that i come full circle, guess i am held at gunpoint to whatever they want to charge.
